What is a framework slot?

A slot holds one framework. Visibility includes two, so you can measure against any of our frameworks. Inside a slot you can re-measure as often as you like, and the full history stays with it. You can swap a framework for another, but the slot starts again from zero. Control lifts the limit entirely.

How is organisation size counted?

Total headcount — employees plus long-term contractors — at the legal entity using the platform. You choose your size band at signup; pricing isn't based on seats or usage.

Monthly is billed month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual is billed once a year and costs less than twelve monthly payments. You can switch to annual at any point, with the change applying from the next billing cycle.

What happens at renewal?

Your price stays within your current size band. If your organisation moves into a new band, the new price applies from your next renewal — never mid-term — and we'll communicate it in advance.
